Small, but too slow

Good for travel, I guess. It's way too slow for regular home use. It's frustrating how long it takes for apps to load (especially Netflix) and the delay between selecting items.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Roku stick

I currently have 2 Roku 3 devices in my home. I love them and wanted to get the roku stick for our playroom so the kids can watch there shows. It was a less expensive way to go. I wouldn't waste your money on the roku stick, so just spend the extra cash on the roku 3 or 4. The stick is way too slow and doesn't respond quickly at all. You have to sit there and wait 10-20 seconds every time you hit a button on the remote. Very frustrating. Not worth it, get the roku 3 or 4. Just my opinion.

I was looking to purchase a streaming media item to watch my Google Play movies. Got tired of mirroring my phone on the TV. Thank you for Roku, cause I can now watch all my Vudu, MGo and GooglePlay movies in one stick!

I bought my ROKU stick a month ago. I enjoy the ease of streaming Netflix, espn 3 and you tube to my television without the hassle of using my laptop: or mirroring my other devices. It a great option to have when television is on Fall or Summer break. But it is an alternative for me yet.
