We bought this system in November. We love Roku, and the services it provides. The only thing we do not like is the remote. We have had to replace it once, and we are going to call today to replace the new remote. The remote will not par up with the streaming stick. Maybe the streaming stick is the issue and not the remote. Either way, I think the product is junk, but Roku's services are nice!

Great little device for wireless wall mounted tv

This is 2nd Roku device i have purchased. Also have the 3. Love this Stick version for wireless wall mounted tv. Very easy setup and intuitive channel navigation. Love Roku devices.the only thing I wish the stick remote had was a headset jack like the 3 and 4. Otherwise A++ streaming device.

This is our first experience with a Roku product and we are very pleased. It works great and is very portable... we can move it around easily between our tv's and also, take it with us when we travel, so that we can enjoy all of our favorite programming wherever we are.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not wrok all the time

I got it for Christmas and it works but it gets hot very quick then it stops working, it will freeze up so I have to take it out my TV and allow it to cool down.

We bought the roku streaming stick because it is smaller than the other roku we had previously been happy with. The roku 1 was our introduction to the product (through a roommate) and we were convinced enough to buy. This stick offered more features at the time. Now we are unhappy because it is less reliable, BY FAR. We have the same internet that she had with the roku 1. I DO NOT recommend the stick. We like the apps available, but not how it connects to the internet. We can stream faster on our phones, computers and tablets. But we paid roku to watch these apps on our tv.
