Totally in love with my Roku!

I think it's the greatest thing when it comes to streaming shows and movies. Endless channels.. There is even games! Hours and hours of fun. Everything on there is cost affordable for the average household. I can binge watch anything of my choosing. I will NEVER fall in to a show hole. You can link all your accounts on here in one. Including everything you get for free with your current provider. You can play music it has many channels for that as well. I can say I am addicted and I will continue to explore the many things it has to offer. Keeps me entertained in a world of madness. Maybe at some point I will upgrade my Roku and see just how much there is to offer. Plus if you move everything goes right along with you. I forgot to mention most the companies and channels you download offer free trials so you can really decide what fits and what you toss. Fully customizable. Thanks for this amazing lil device!! *****

Loads slow

It freezes up all the time, have to reset it several times a day. Not real happy with it, it might be just the one I have not sure because I don't know anyone else that has one.

Cannot watch a movie, it keeps loading over and over. Can stream from Netflix and Amazon from my tv, but when I use Roku I have problems. My internet provider e r said the stick is updating in the background

This is my second Roku and it is great just like the other.
My only problem is that it needs AC power, other than that, great!

Fix the issue with WatchESPN please

I love my Roku - this is my 2nd model. Terrific apps if you like to mine. The current version of software on the Roku Streaming app is not allowing the WatchESPN app to play live games - a key problem, considering the app. Please fix this pronto. According to your customer service people, this is a Known problem for Roku. Time to fix please.
