Love it!

Got rid of my cable boxes because they were too expensive. Can stream cable via roku. Have an older TV, roku replaces need for new smart TV, can download channels such as Netflix, Hulu, etc...

Poor performance

I have the Roku streaming stick and have had many issues with it not working, it freezes, it gives the purple screen so that I can't watch content but only hear it. I've since realized that this is a very common problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have to be honest I love using the Roku it is a wonderful service. I am a Senior citizen its easy to set-up the only problem is every app you have to fill out a form on line to subscribe and that is for every app. To much, but once done its excellent.

We now have two Roku sticks and two smart TV's, I would not buy another smart TV because Roku offers so much more.

This is a great buy for people who want to have Netflix and Hulu. The only downside is the remote that comes with it. Doesn't stay on very long and hard to turn on. I downloaded the app on my iPhone and I find that works a lot better. Very user friendly and easy to set up

Bought this a month ago to make my little office TV more functional and enjoyable while I was working. Perfect for adding interesting channels and even some channels that surprised me with their availability.
