Buffers a Lot, Shows Unavailable

The Roku is nice, but it's been buffering lately and some shows say they are unavailable when I've just watched them. Confirmed it's the Roku because I could watch them on my laptop without a Roku. Otherwise it's been good and would recommend it. Keep in mind there are some minor things you will experience being internet based.

I bought the Roku Streaming Stick to replace our first generation Roku which is no longer providing many channels. The new one provides the lost channels and the USB format eliminates the need for the unit on the table in front of the TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

love my Roku stick, I got it as a gift for Christmas and LOVE it. I had my Netflix on DVD player but it was so slow and now I whip right along with my shows to watch...Wish I had gotten the one with the headphone jack, but it's okay...I LOVE my ROKU!!!

I use some in my home and have set my mother up with one to use. They always work and are easy to set up, as well as easy for electronic novices to use.

Horrible Connectivity

I've purchased two streaming sticks and both of them have been fairly awful. They constantly need to be reset and suffer from connectivity issues. One of them stopped working entirely after just two months of use. The other stick's remote has stopped functioning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got the Roku stick as a Christmas gift from my father, & it's used every single day in my house. Easy to install, convenient remote, never have issues with glitches & I don't have to mess with my PlayStation to turn on Netflix.
