Truly easy installation

Lots of channels

I was so excited to get my Roku. It has tons of channels that are both free and paid subscriptions. However, I have had a lot of trouble with the connection to my TV. I've had to call customer service several times due to connection problems. It's frustrating when you have to spend hours on the phone with tech support and then they want you to pay for tech support on top of it. You get a certain amount of free support but after that you have to pay. I hate that!
