This is great!

I have it with the 46 inch tv that I fight with the wii system to get it to work. Now I do not have to even bother with that. I just turn on the tv, use the Roku remote and I have Hulu & Netflix to my hearts delight!

We have had a regular Roku "box" device (not sure which version) for a number of years now and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We wanted a second device for a TV that we use less frequently so we decided to purchase the Roku Streaming Stick. Based on a friend who purchased the Roku stick, we expected it to perform at the same high level of our regular Roku. Unfortunately, it doesn't. It freezes up multiple times during use, and we typically have to replug it several times during use to get it to operate at all--and then, only for a short time. The remote ceases to work, I have changed batteries, I have paired the device again, I have stood within inches of the TV--nothing works. Wish we had purchased a regular Roku device instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Every time I turn the stick on and try to watch something, I can't because the screen is all purple.
