I bought this a month ago today... And I'm already obsessed with it! It's amazing and there are so many apps to choose from. Plus, it's SUPER easy to use... And I love that I can also use my phone as a remote and a keyboard with it!

The interface is much easier to use than the one on my S-brand smart TV and much more reliable. Can be slow to respond to the remote sometimes.

Phone app

I have a Roku 2 for older tv that uses AV cables. I also have newer tv in other room that tv takes HDMI so I got Roku stick for it. The stick just fit was a little wide but hooked up. iPhone Roku app worked great for both players. I can switch between each player with app. When I setup stick all my channels I have on Roku 2 downloaded automatically on stick. Easy setup I was happy.

Works better than the 2.0 we had, but does lock up occasionally. Tons of bang for the buck and is easy enough to use for the kids.

Doesn't work.....

I hooked this thing up.....went through the setup and sure enough it played an Amazon movie that I selected BUT I had to stop and wasn't able to resume for a couple of days and it wouldn't work. I tried reinstalling several time since but it keeps telling me that connection cannot be made....try again in a few minutes...OVER and OVER...nothing.!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
