I bought this for Christmas and have not been disappointed yet...super clear streaming fasty but does have the occasional loading problems but hardly notice it...great job Roku you're my new friend!!

All the features and service we want

I brought three devices for my home. Installation for two devices to our TVs was simple and quick. The third device would not connect to our wireless internet, and keep showing a connectivity issue. We had to call support. After much troubleshooting, tech support was finally able to resolve the issue, which was an firmware update needed on the particular device. Once the device was working on our wifi, we enjoyed the features provided.

Love it but problem-some remotes!

I have multiple Roku's and pretty much every model. I love them al but I ahve a few that the remotes have a habit of losing connectivity. This latestest one I bought, the streaming stick, the remote works once and then to get it to work again, you need to remove the batteries and put them back in to get it to work again. I have a couple others that have that problem on occasion as well. This stick one however it happens every time. If they can get their remotes to stay connected to the boxes then this would be 5 star all the way for me.

Better than cable!

I bought this device because I am not a big watcher of tv and I hate commercials! I subscribe to Netflix and wanted to watch it on my big tv instead of on the computer. I don't watch a lot of tv so this works very well for me.

Forget Cable

The only reason Im stuck with Cable is live NBA, they block my local team otherwise. I watch the ROKU for everything but the Clipper games. I wish ROKU had an option for live sports, and its not ROKUs fault that league pass still blocks the local stuff even for folks willing to pay the extra. I love my ROKU and plan on ditching all the cable boxes for ROKU boxes.

Terrible reception

I have 2 Roku boxes in my house that I've had for a few years. I just recently purchased this stick & the reception is terrible. The picture is grainy & actually starting a show from the time I turn it on is over 4-5 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
