I am totally frustrated with it. I have stuffed it into a drawer never to use it again. Emails to customer support went unanswered.
Have an ROKU account but cannot get the code entered to activate the account.

my kids got me the Roku for Christmas, and we love it, we are on it more than Directv, It was easy to set up, and get going.

Needs reset before every use

Not happy with this product - the only way it would work is if you remove power cord and reset before each time you use it.

Great value... just wish...

I could control the streaming stick with my Harmony Remote 650. Able to control other Roku products... but not the stick. Otherwise, it's a great product

Have not used it very much, but as time is going on I am getting a bit better. The remote that came with the stick was not very good. I had to connect through my IPhone.

Love the easy way to watch TV and movies

Bought it about 1 month ago no issues with the way it works. My wife uses the TV in the theater room with another product and has alot of issues
