Roku Streaming Stick

I purchased the streaming stick last year but it does not work all that well. The Streaming Stick sometimes stays on a screen and to reset it I have to unplug it and plug it back in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had the roku stick for awhile...it has the same features as the other rokus....I have every roku they have and love each one of them. I was surprised that the roku stick works so well.

Can't Connect My Wireless

I gave it 2 stars for how it looks and how compact it is for hooking up to a tv, but it won't connect my WiFi to even use it. When I contacted Roku support, they eventually (after about 4 weeks) concluded that I'd need to downgrade my security settings to connect even tho I have a Roku 1 and Roku 3 connected to the same network with no issues. Apparently, the Streaming Stick is extremely bare bones, so beware of this fact when purchasing it as it may not even work for you. Guess I'll be selling mine now since I have no intention of making my entire network slower and less secure just to use this one thing. I'll stick to the conventional Roku's.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of options

I received a stick with a year's subscription to one of the services offered on Roku. There are plenty of other channels available...while some are an extra charge, there are a lot of free channels as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features

I received this as a present not really knowing what it was about, I connected it to my tv and love it. I do not have cable, my brother has put one at a rental property he has and it is perfect for my needs. Would I like to see more options on here who would not but it is great especially if you have a Netflix account. There are some free options on here as well, good choice use constantly.

Remote doesn't work

The "point anywhere remote" does not work. I have to use the roku app on my phone as a remote. Otherwise this is a good product.
