Solid device but major flaws

We have multiple Rokus and this seemed like a good option. The interface is really really slow . It feels like the 1980s developers got involved in making this product.

Hate it. Will not work half the time. Plus you have to pay to see a lot of my favorite Chanel's. Sent it back for full refund. Would not reccomend it to anyone.

Requires constant power resets

I bought the roku stick 3 weeks ago to replace my roku 2 player that died. I am a little disappointed with the stick. Almost every time I switch tv inputs to go to the stick, I get a purple screen saying unauthorized use. I must unplug the stick's power cord from either the wall outlet or the stick to fix the problem. Never got this with roku 2. Therefore, I can't recommend the stick....buy the roku 2 or 3 instead.
