It's has most video apps for what it can do it's worth price but you need a strong internet if not Roku 2 and up is better

Too much buffering

Bought this a month ago for my wifes TV in our bedroom. Great when it works but most of the time when watching Hulu a half hour show will stop 6 to 8 times and we get a retrieving message for 1 or 2 minutes before it starts playing again. Very annoying!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Having amazon is a huge plus, but the Roku stick is not great. No on/off switch, blurry image a lot of the time, and issues finding the wifi when every other device in my house can find it. Very slow also, takes a long time to load, connect. Very disappointed.

Love it, basic yet does all I need it to do. The only thing I was bummed about is the remote has no lights, so it's hard to work in the darker rooms. The app has a remote, which is fantastic to use instead of the remote, but sometimes, I simply want to put my iPad away and use a lighted remote. A lot of the channels available are subscription, but that's fine to supplement a non SmartTV
