Doesn't work

I bought this stick because we have a Roku streaming device and we love it. But the stick doesn't work at all- it says that it has full internet power but has delayed streaming and sometimes never makes it past main menu of the channel. Very disappointed with the stick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great option for TV's that are not used often

I have a Roku 4 wired and a streaming stick in my bedroom. Works great for Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services. Only issue I have is my OTA DVR. I have a Tablo and watching it via the streaming stick can be cumbersome with buffering. That is my only issue. Love these things.

A whole new way to watch shows

It is great being able to watch a movie when there is nothing on regular TV. it's also great to catch up on a series or watch one you didn't think you wanted to watch in the first place..

I now have 2 Roku streaming sticks!! The fact that I can plug everything right into TV with no cords hanging down, and it comes with a remote.

Easy to use!

I purchased my second Roku Streaming Stick a month because I enjoyed the 1st one so much. It is very easy to use and has a lot to offer. I plan to purchase a 3rd one to replace the Roku 1 in my guest bedroom.

great for the price

I bought this streaming stick after owning a Roku 3. Definitely slower to load applications/channels with the stick, but once they initially load, I didn't notice slow performance with scanning the the channels for content, or with streaming.
The one thing I wish Roku had was a consistent interface for searching across the different channels. It took forever to find the search box on Netflix. Wish there were a search button on the remote.

Love what this brings to the table. Tons of apps and they work great! The remote sucks! Do not even use it except for the initial setup. Download the Roku App to your phone or tablet and use it as your control.

We canceled our cable and went with this Roku we had never heard of. This is awesome for us! We love are movies and having 3 kids, it's perfect for them. Plus we get to watch whatever tv shows we want. A lot cheaper than our cable!
