We loved the Roku until we moved it to another tv. The usb loosened and now we have to move the cord and TV just right so it works. Will be returning for something else.

remote control slowness, unresponsiveness

This issue is not specific to Roku, "smart TV's" have same issue. I can push a button on the remote, nothing happens, push it a few more times, nothing, then all of a sudden all 3 things happen at the same time

I really like the product. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the fact the remote does not have a back light. The remote works great from any where and you do not need to aim it but I wish the buttons would light up very hard to do in the dark and if you hit the wrong button you could end up starting your program from the beginning really annoying. I guess I have to memorize each button.
