Works Great--Except The Remote

The Roku Streaming Stick HDMI Version works fine. It isn't as fast as some other streaming devices but for the price it does just fine. My only compliant is the remote stopped working shortly after purchase. I had to call customer service to get it replaced after I spent a bunch of time trying to fix the issue. If Roku could get the remote issue fixed my overall rating would be higher. I also would ONLY recommend this product to a friend after explaining the issues with the remote and then let them decide if it is worth the risk and trouble if the remote fails on them as well.

Easy to use and affordable

We got this with our subscription to SlingTV and it has made streaming content to our bedroom television so easy. I would recommend getting the device to anyone that is looking to cut the cable and go with Netflix, Hulu, SlingTV etc..

I bought this a month ago primarily for Netflix. It works great, is easy to install and operate. Still have to explore other features.

I've had the Roku a couple months now and works great. Loads movies very fast and with great picture and sound. Love that it has a remote or can use smartphone. Even has a remote on smartphone. Very happy with it. I got it to replace my chromecast. Definetly much better. Recommend to anyone. Very easy to use.

Great device, but the remote sucks!

I own two of these streaming sticks and the remotes on both of them are really useless. There appears to be a lag when trying to use them that makes them very frustrating to use. I ended up downloading the Roku remote app for my I phone and have had no issues.
