I've only had my Roku Streaming Stick for a few months now, and I thoroughly enjoy the latest member of the Roku family. I started a few years back with the V.1 Roku Box. I liked it enough to feel comfortable with upgrading to the next gen when it was released. There were some improvements between the two, but we're not here to talk about them. This time when I upgraded I was much more satisfied with the direction the product line was taking. For such a small item it packs a punch. It may be all in my head, but even the picture seemed improved. My only true complaint was that due to my T.V. and the location of its inputs, the power cord made inserting it awkward. I honestly feel it is a fair priced, well functioning device that deserves more fanfare than it has been given. I have no desire to try another product line at all as long as the Roku brand continues in this fashion. Kudos to you
Looses connection all the time, remote does not respond, slow user interface, most of the channels are useless. Overall experience is not good. I wanted to return it and get a Google Chromecast which is more stable.
I have a Roku 3 on the main TV in our family room and got the stick for our bedroom. Roku enabled us to "cut the cord" and while we are still learning about all of the channels available via Roku, we don't have any trouble finding stuff t owatch.
