Remote control issues with the Roku Stick

I bought this Stick unit a few months ago and I really love it. I had just bought a TV for my bedroom so I took the Roku Box from my living room TV and bought the stick for it. No problems with either Roku units, themselves, but the Stick's remote does need some improvement in the "range" capability. Right now, it's at 12 feet and where I sit, in the kitchen, is almost 20. Whenever I want to change programs, I need to get up and move into the living room. Being disabled, it's not an easy task. This also defeats the purpose of having a remote".
My suggestion is that you work on extending its range. My TV remote works well over 25 feet. This could, too, with a little more power capability.

Decent stick

The interface is sluggish. WI-fi performance is fair/good. The main issue i have is with the roku app on my smartphone. For some reason, the app finds my roku 3 but not my roku stick. If i got into the setting on the roku stick and test the connection again, sometimes the app detects it. The roku remote has to 'wake up' if you don't use it for a while. Overall, I think it's a good value given that once an app plays it works fine. I suggest buying the new roku stick.

it sucks and I want subscription canceled I was so ready to enjoy when it charged me for every chanel inside just like cable biut way slower
