Love Roku. Makes cutting the cable cord easy. I now watch Roku's PBS channel and Netflix almost exclusively. I do miss the occasional sporting event, but I buy the MLB channel and have an antenna on our set to get local channels.
There are 2 issues with the Roku stick that make it less attractive to me than a regular Roku (I have both). Check the orientation of your USB port on your tv. The stick extends directly out from mine, interfering with the wall mount. Also, I like the headphone jack on the regular Roku remote. The stick remote comes with no headphone jack. Plugging in earphones makes hearing a show while walking on the treadmill a lot easier.

I got a USED one. The Roku is much more convenient than my 'SmartTV' but sometimes the remove the batteries or unplug it to get it to respond. That is sort of annoying. But, overall, I am happy with the purchase.

I love my Roku stick. Easy set up and great customer service even on weekends! I have not watched cable in a month now. I am watching everything on Hulu right now. I can't wait to try the other channels.

I don't know if it's the roku or cable but I have the best speed possible and the streaming of net flics does not work
