I bought it and despite my misgivings about using it because I'm not very tech savvy, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to install and use. I'm very happy I made this decision.

I had my Roku Streaming stick for about a year and I am very satisfied with it..I also have the Roku 3 which I had for over 2 yrs. and I really like their products..

Very Slow at Peak Times and Won't Stay Connected

We got the stick a few months back as part of a promotion. Everything set up fine and worked great through football season, but it started getting slow at peak viewing times and for the last few weeks nothing is working. The stick no longer connects to the internet. All our other devices (Chromecast) are working fine After digging it appears the stick is no longer a viable option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
