We are having problems keeping the shows going we can watch it for a while then it stops and this spinning thing comes up and gets to about 25% and stays there not bringing the show back. What do you think the problem could be. We have AT&T u-verse internet.

Great for non-cable/satelliters!

We purchased our streaming stick in December. We are in a rural area, with our DSL internet and router, and found the Roku device a wonderful addition, without a lot of extra monthly cost for channels we would never watch. Only issue that we've had is with the remote control that came with the device. It locks up occasionally, and we have to remove the batteries and re-install them to get it working again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Time Waster

Instructions show where the reset button is, and says something like "you probably won't need this". I need it just about every time I try to view a program, and today it decided to stop at the main menu. Fortunately, my TV doubles as a monitor, so I can see what I want without wasting my time resetting this stupid thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this as a Christmas present and to this day it still won't let me watch any movies even on Netflix which I have an account with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
