I bought my Roku about a month ago. I have only used it a few times. Every time I turn it on I have to wiggle it and the remote seems to take a while to respond. I have a new TV so I know that is not the problem. Wish the Roku worked better. Kind of a hassle to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were so terribly afraid to cut cable and this little thing is great. Even our 4 year old can navigate to her Netflix channel.

Got it for Christmas. Somewhat difficult to use. Not as great as I thought it would be. If you like really old movies and TV shows it's the best. Still trying to figure it out. Not the free channels I was hoping for. Overall a good product. Not great but still good. I would recommend it.

I was going to buy a new smart TV but bought the roku stick instead. I'm glad I went with the roku stick instead.

This is the second Roku I have purchased. We love it so much we cancelled our satellite tv. We save a fortune, and I feel like I still have a ton of options.
