compact and efficient design

No set top to mess with, easy to use. Lack of keyboard entry does slow down searches, but it guesses well. Once set up, no hassle use.

Works in Hotel Rooms

I bought the Roku Stick while on vacation and was able to use it in my Marriott hotel room - however it required the following to work:
Fast internet service
An iPhone or Android phone
An accessible HDMI connection on the television with the ability to be switched to as an input
The only downside was having to enter usernames and passwords for the channels each time it was connected to a different television.

Awesome media player for the price

I own the Roku stick for more than a year now and it is one of the best media player sticks out there. Price is just perfect and as Roku is leader is number of channels, get to watch lots of content on demand. Just love it!!
