brought it back, it was defective, got the Roku 3 and will install sometime this week hopefully it will be ok

Love the access

Love the Roku and the access it gives me but the remote doesn't work well at all and constantly drains batteries and I'm constantly having to take out and put back in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the Roku stick because of its small size and low power requirement. The Roku stick has most of the apps I want and use, and the interface is great. My only complaint is that when using Netflix, the Roku stick reboots. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the app, but its annoying! Other than that, its awesome and well worth the money.

I wanted to try this and I'm glad that I did. It takes a minute to set it up but it isn't difficult. I was hoping that I worked by itself, but it seem you have to leave it plugged in. The new remote is awesome. It has Netflix and Amazon buttons on it.

Roku Stick has Slower response than Roku 3

Delayed and/or no response can be a bit frustrating on the Roku Stick. We have great Wi-Fi so the problem is not there. I guess you get what you pay for. We love the Roku 3, but not so happy with the Stick.
