Due to our age..hearing problems and lack of computer skills, we have had to call for help. Customer service people have been very kind and helpful. It is worth the wait.

I bought this about a month ago and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. It is so compact and plugs into the television so it's not another gadget that has to set atop my DVD player. It has great channels and most are free, which I love. The only set back is, it is like a jump drive so it is small and hooks into the computer, but it does have a USB attached to it that has to be plugged into an external outlet with a short cord, so it was hard to plug it in at first, I had to finagle things around to get it to reach the power source. Otherwise I LOVE IT!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had my Roku for about 2 months. Loved it until today when all of sudden it does not work. When I go to where it is connected to my TV, I get a "no signal" error and the Roku does not come on. Going to check with technical support for help. When it worked I was delighted with it.

I bought one during Christmas and it did not function properly. A replacement was sent very quickly and it has worked great.

I bought my roku stick a lil over a month ago.i really like it.has alot of great features.I do however wish that there was a little more popular streaming channels.if i had cable the roku doesn't offer alot of choices to subscribe through your provider other than usa and fx and maybe a few others no amc or tnt or no Sci fy which are my favorite channels.It has alot of channels to stream but just not alot of popular ones mostly what i would call b rated channels out of 400 there is only maybe 15 channels that are good other than that all the rest is just a waste.all the diffrent features is probably the best thing about it.
