I have a streaming stick with remote. The remote never works. I have to take out the batteries and put them back in to get it to work. Even that doesn't always work. I have to unplug the device and reboot it to be able to use remote. I've only had it 2 weeks and it is my only source of TV. I will not buy another.

I received my roku streaming stick as a gift from my aunt .When I first got it I instantly opened it did the setup which was a breeze !! I enjoy all Hd movies my Netflix, crackle,lifetime, amazon prime just so many to enjoy I would recommend this product to everyone cause the library of movies is endless!!

maybe ok for home but not travel

So excited to purchase this - we are traveling over a month this summer and wanted to avoid connecting the laptop to the tv in the hotels just for Netflix. THIS DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTEL WIRELESS that requires you to log in to an authorization page (i.e. Hilton hotels). Am not willing to "spoof" a mac address on my laptop as a workaround, nor buy some kind of travel router so back to the store. Excitement becomes disappointment. Otherwise have been very happy with Roku products at home....

Horrible product

I bought this a few months ago and had to return the first one I bought because it didn't work. I exchanged it for a new one to see if the product was any good. It worked for a few weeks then stopped. It doesn't work well at all. I tried to contact customer service on chat and it was going to take 3 hours to talk to a person. Not worth it at all. I'll just bring the thing back.
