Basically happy, but a lot of the channels you have to pay for,or have to pay through another service provider such as dish ,directtv,or twc.the whole reason I got it was to stop the high monthly fees I was paying to my provider. The remote goes through battery quite quickly. My advice -get more quality free channels like CNN, foreign (Russia ) ,regular channels like bravo etc
Very easy to use once it's setup, convenient, low cost and very efficient. A sound piece of equipment with options that do not include cable or expensive satellite services.
I bought this about a couple of moths ago, just for the ease of being able to stream Netflix without using my laptop. To my surprise this little baby has given me so much more. I am able to stream 100's of other programming I never knew existed. I am so pleased with it and all it has to offer, that I seriously thinking about giving up my Satellite TV provider once my contract ends. I see a huge potential monthly savings. I'm a home body and I am really enjoying the streaming I am able to get with my Roku Streaming Stick. I luvs it!
Setup and use are very easy. Even connection to a hotel WiFi signal is easy. It recognizes that type of connection and, again, very easy to setup. All channels are avaliable same as the console that we use at our home. We mainly use this sick as our travel companion. My only change request is a swivel HDMI connector. Some hotel TVs are difficult to plug straight into. A purchased angle adaptor did fix that. The use of the remote can be a little slow to respond, I think that has to do with the "point anywhere" remote.
Love watching Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, and Sling TV through my Roku streaming stick. The best of television and movies is right there in this little tiny device.
