I cut the cable cord and couldn't be happier! This product is super easy to use and I can still watch almost all the shows I did on cable!

The stick is the best thing ever. I was having a lot of trouble connecting to the internet with my older, standard ROKU. The stick, having a dual core, allowed me to connect to my stronger 5G signal and away I went. I had already tried signal extenders, moving the cable modem, etc., and nothing was working. Plus, I like that there is not yet another wire dangling from the tv. I can't say enough good things about it.

So i had apple TV for 1 year and loved it. Except that i didn't have access to channels such as Fox and Showtime. So with my roku stick i have all the channels i had with apple TV (except for itunes which i hardly ever used), and all the ones i wanted to have!!!

I haven't watch tv or have had cable in years. I did miss a few shows, documentaries, and movies. Roku allows me to have the flexibility to watch what I want, when I want, without being tied to a cable company.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Preordered the streaming stick... Plugged it in and got it going and then it kept locking up... well finally after two months... the locking up was corrected by a number of updates...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice but VERY SLOW

I love all of the updated apps & features of the streaming stick, and the price is nice as well. However, everything about it is SLOW SLOW SLOW. It takes forever to boot, forever to load Netflix, even to switch between selections. If they can fix the speed problems, I'd give it a perfect.

We've been using this for a few months and I am very happy with it. I have to say it just works and that is all I need in electronics honestly. Speed isn't really that bad either and navigation is great as well. Thanks Roku, Fancy That Cake
