Great for travel!

I travel frequently for work and really enjoy taking my personalized entertainment with me! The Stick is perfect for this...I only have 1 suggestion that would make this device "perfect"...Most hotel's wireless systems require you to validate your connection via a webpage to accept terms/conditions. I've been able to use my Stick by calling tech support at each hotel. A real "win" and selling point would be for Roku to offer a very minimalized browser to address this one issue...would make connecting on the road hassle-free! After all, isn't that the real point of the Stick? Portability? That being said, I own 3 Rokus and think they set the Gold Standard for streaming devices!

One of the best ways to convert to a smart tv on a budget. Easy to use with u-tube, the wwe app & others. A must have in my opinion!

Than I thought it would. I live In a hundred year old house with old thick walls. And the wifi is perfect. I love this Tokugawa stick. Can't see it but it has never let me down!!!! More apps please!!!

I had previously had a Roku box but lightning fried it. I got this and it is wonderful, I get the same wonderful channels plus some and so easy to just plug into tv and go.

I bought this for my bedroom TV, I do not use it often during the summer (no AC), but when the weather cools I plan to spend more time browsing.

2 yrs ago I bought this great TV with the features I could afford at that time, I later became a fan of netflix etc and was saddened that my TV didn't have these features UNTIL I realized the possbilities of Roku. Buying the Roku Streaming Stick has saved me thousands of dollards simply for the fact that I didn't have to buy a SmartTV. The stick works great has all the applications I need to enjoy my TV. Thank you, Roku!!!

Okay but a little slow.

This is my second Roku. My other is a Roku 1. The Roku stick works well streaming but is a sluggish when responding to the remote. When using, I'm not always sure the remote or stick is working, so I push more buttons which causes erratic behavior. I basically have to push a button on the remote, wait, and it usually works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
