Works well but a bit slow

I purchased this to replace a first generation Roku in order to get up to date features. My earlier Roku was hard wired using a power line adapter as my router was too far away for wireless to work consistently, and I was able to maintain a strong signal. As the stick cannot be hard wired I needed to purchase a router extender in order to get good reception. As a consequence I find the stick marginally slower, but not enough to make a huge difference. In every other way the stick works as advertised, is inconspicuous, and offers access to a colossal universe of apps. I would recommend this device contingent on the availability of a strong wireless signal.

Loved my Roku. I have three tv's in my home. I move my Roku around and use it with my tv depending on where I am in the house. I love the fact that I am able to pair my phone and tablet with Roku allowing me to search and stream YouTube from my devices.
The challenge with Roku though is not being able to fully use the programs for shows constantly telling me services only available in the US and I reside in Canada. Very disappointed about this.
