Works Great

I'd been using a Wii to access netflix on my tv, but switched to Roku last month. It was very easy to set up and has been totally reliable. I also love that I'm able to get WATCH ESPN and HBOGO, all on the same machine. Would highly recommend!

I needed a small unobtrusive device for a TV that I have hung on the wall in my bedroom, and this fit the bill perfectly. A flawless unbox and install experience was the start of a path that led to a simple intuitive interface, and crisp clear content. There is something for everyone out there, no matter how offbeat your tastes might be.
The only thing that would make it better is a free year of HULU or NETFLIX for the price. (ROKU are you listening?)
Buy one!

You will not get with this one the same remote as ROKU 3 with the possibility of seeing the channel guide and picking the right channel and right program

Hi, Most of the useful apps are paid one. It would be good if you provide an internet browser in it.

Great portable media player

I already own a Roku 3 but I purchased this one for another TV. The setup is very simple and it works exactly like the other unit. The price is also great even though my Roku 3 is much faster to load because of the better CPU and wireless hardware. Another thing to mention is that the stick turns on when you turn on the TV (I use the TV USB to power it) so this takes a good minute to come up. The other option would be to get a wall USB charger.

I had the roku 3 prior to the streaming stick. This is easier to install and doesn't show at all! No cables to deal with is awesome. I had the roku 3 running to a media cabinet, but it got hot in there and overheated sometimes. Not a problem with the streaming stick.
