So easy!

This was the best investment I've made in a while...its saving me a lot of money on a cable system that I wasn't using. This allows me to pick and choose what I watch, when I want to watch.

I bought this about a month ago, I like it, but I wish that it had more wireless range. I got it for my birthday and was wanting to use it in the bedroom, but, could get no signal from it. So, can only utilize it within 20 feet or so of my router. Other than that, I do enjoy it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will only work in the same room as my router, other previous units all around the house, this makes it none portable.

We purchased a new TV and got a Roku streaming stick for ~ $150 cheaper than a comparable smart TV. We already have a Roku on or plasma in the basement & love it. The new Roku streaming stick was a welcome addition to our media family.

Doesn't connect well

I bought the stick a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, the streaming quality isn't great. The screens won't load and there are several issues keeping it connected to the wireless network. When it is connected, it often stops to buffer. It is, however, better than running wires through the house. I would estimate that it works about 50% of the time.
The set up is a little lengthy, but that depends on how many subscriptions you use it to stream. The size is good and doesn't stick out much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
