Great value

I bought this about two months ago and I am so glad. I can greatly reduce my cable bill just by having internet, then subscribing to Netflix, Hulu+ and AmazonPrime. I can find and watch episodes of shows that I hadn't previously see from the beginning of a series. I started watching Breaking Bad, watched the previous seasons of Walking Dead and have many shows and movies in my queue to watch at my leisure. I highly recommend this product.

Way To Slow

I have the Roku 3 and love it, figured I would save some money and get the stick for bedroom. WAY TO SLOW. I just ordered a Amazon Fire box and will most likely put the Roku 3 in the bedroom and the Fire in livingroom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great little stick

I found this stick packed a punch on all but NETFLIX It was taking as much as fifteen or more minutes to boot up the app. I thought this was weird especially as it worked so good otherwise,I had to place the stick parallel to the TV I thought perhaps the TVWas causing interference so I bought an extender which turned it away from the TV and now it works just as fast as all the other apps. Perhaps it should come with an extender.

Great for Portability

I bought this Roku streaming stick for portability, and it has been an excellent addition when I travel. My wife had a extended 6-week stay in the hospital during her pregnancy with our twins needless to say it was a LIFE SAVER!! She was able to keep up on her shows and watch movies making the time pass by rather quickly. I would recommend this product for anyone on the move. You can take it with you wherever you travel even at the hospital.

Bought this three weeks ago, after trying Google Chrome-cast. It has met all of my expectations. Works great with Amazon Prime. Only issue was trying to get the set-up completed.. The instructions tell you to go a Roku site, but there are maybe a hundred sites using the same basic name.. had to contact support to get to the correct site.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Any streaming device is definitely a change in mindset from traditional scheduled viewing of cable or satellite services. But I canceled my cable and set up some "rabbit ears" for local programming and exclusively use my ROKU for viewing entertainment programs.
I only caution the potential for binge watching... everything in moderation :)
