I bought the Roku Streaming Stick about 1 month ago. One for each television in my home. I have been extremely pleased with the way they work and what they offer. I was determined not to have to sign a contract for cable services again and so decided to try this option instead. It was an excellent decision and alternative!

Compact and easy to use

This slick little gadget plugs straight into your TV's HDMI jack and provides all the cool stuff the your used to getting from a Roku device. I only wish it had a few more 'Themes'.

I bought a couple of Roku streaming sticks for my house. Best decision I ever made & will never go back to life without them. It is just unreal.

easy and simple to set up and use

four stars instead of five for two reasons: 1) takes a solid thirty seconds or so to start up, and 2) seems to take a long time to connect with my modem
on the plus side, once on-line it works well and responds fairly rapidly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had our Roku for a few months and have really enjoyed all of the free stations and content. We currently have basic cable and if we could get the local channels we would not need cable for our TV entertainment.

Ihere are too many interruptions while watching the Skip Heitzig and Greg Laurie TV Channels. Eveidently not enough bud=ffering and makes watching any of these channels impossible to watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
