Our daughter bought our first one and I liked it sooo well, I decided to purchase another to put it in another room. It's very easy to set up and use!

Changed the way we watch TV

I reviewed the cable bill and decided to try an experiment with the ROKU. Purchased 2 sticks and one ROKU 1. We now use tv differently, we watch what we want versus having the sets drone on in the background as pointless noise. The selection is more than adequate and we will probably expand to the Roku 3 next.

I bought the Roku Streaming Stick to add to my bedroom TV. I already have had a Roku 2 HD (circa 2012) for almost 4 years now and am completely sold on the Roku platform. All in all, the Streaming Stick continues the tradition. However, for some reason, the Netflix app will start playing a TV show episode or movie when I'm just trying to review the info about the program. I'll hear the audio in the background while the menu is still displayed. Weird; my old Roku doesn't do that. It has the old Netflix app. Other than that, I'm glad the Roku exists.
