My husband and I love this little stick.
We are 'old-school' and perhaps 'electronically challenged", but found the easy installation and use of our Roku such a pleasure! We used to mail Netflix movies, but we are enjoying watching shows on demand! Thanks for a great product!

Simple and Small

Great product. I wish it was easier to travel with, meaning easy to pair with a new network using only the stick and my iPhone as the remote. Currently you have to have the stand alone remote to set-up the stick on a new wifi network.

I've had this a few months now and it has exceeded my expectations. I love it and consider it to be one of the best, smartest purchases that I have made in recent years. It works extremely well and is very reliable. There are many available channels that I can use with my Roku, so I'm never without something interesting to watch. As an Amazon Prime member, I also have a gargantuan selection of stuff to watch from that. I canceled my cable TV subscription because of this device, and I save about $50 per month. The benefits far, far, far outweigh the cons in my opinion.

Glad I finally made the switch

We have been talking about getting rid of cable and getting the roku for months. Glad we finally did it! We thought there would be a bunch of stuff we would miss, but even the stuff we can't get anymore isn't noticed because there is so much else.

I was hesitant to buy this because I do not have a hi speed internet connection but the movies play very well even without this feature. I do have an occasionally dropout of my internet connection which is very annoying but after resetting my router every thing seems to work okay. I did not have this problem before adding the Roku device to my router network. Also when I look at my network connections on my computers there seems to be two Roku connections and perhaps this is the cause of the problem.

It is a lot of performance and features for the money. Easy set up.
Plays HD and HDX video without problem (provided the internet connection is fast where you are using it)

I should have gotten a Roku years ago. I cut my cable and now enjoy my favorites with Roku. It was so easy to install and use. It was simple to synch my laptop with my tv. And I am a Senior Citizen of 65!
