Loses Connectivity Quite Often

I have done every trouble shooting task out there. I have used the chat help multiple times. I can barely watch 1 show without losing connectivity. I miss my Roku 2!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had every version of Roku and each one has been a meaningful technological advance. The stick is small, portable for people who travel, and idiot proof on installation. I recommend it without reservation.

Uesful with a Caveat

I got this for use for some college courses that required videos for some of my courses. This is useful and has some nice features and channel choices. It does have one glaring and annoying feature - You can't turn the thing off! I actually had to Google up why this was so and it was so it could update on it's own. Okay, but this also means it is an annoyance in the meantime because you have to get up to physically shut it off for regular TV use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We've done away with high priced cable and don't have the obligation to contsatntly manage our DVR. Watching shows in the precise order is my favorite thing about having Netflix. We ares acing over $800 a year.
