I purchased this for our TV room in the house. I've used it mainly with Netflix and Hulu. I was extremely pleased with the performance and ease of use and setup. I highly recommend this unit.

I am happy with how my Roku stick works it streams great and I like that it's hidden behind the TV. Any product I've bought that is roku I've been extremly happy with. Infact I went to "cut the cord" but I was going to pay more for internt and phone then keeping all three so I didn't but we could have easily lived without it because of Roku.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fine Product Small Package

Having experienced using 2 Roku 3 units I found myself in need of more wireless streaming in more locations at least one of which would be space limited due to monitor mounting. Thus the choice of Roku stick. It was not as expensive as Roku 3 (but with some less fuctionality) and was a small package that could utilize a USB port on the monitor and power from the monitor needing almost no room for installation. The stick provides the same excellent streaming as the big brother Roku 3 operating flawlessly. I still like the additional features of the Roku 3 ( especially headphones wireless through the remote) but for the price and size the Stick is a great option.

The Best Software, but why no Angry Birds?

I think the Roku has by far the best software out there. It is easy to use, the Search function is great, and the controller is great. I had two (2) Roku devices when I added my Roku stick. I will be adding a 4th Roku soon.
My only disappointment is that the Roku stick will not run Angry Birds. Might a Roku stick with Angry Birds be available soon? That is the product I really want!

Practically Perfect in Every Way

I bought this to use with my projector, effectively giving me another TV, and a highly portable one at that. It works great. I purchased a short 8" HDMI extension cable to relieve any stress on the Roku Stick's connection to the HDMI port. I have also travelled with it and used it with my home's primary television which does not have its own Roku attached to it. I've been nothing but happy with it.
I keep everything in a little pencil bag so I can just grab everything and go.
The only way this thing could be any better, in my opinion, is if it could draw its power via the HDMI port instead of the power cord (the extra cord is a minor inconvenience).

Amazing and small

I currently own a Roku 1 and I needed another one for my Living Room TV. Decided on the Streaming Stick even though reviews said it was slow. Truthfully, it was a great investment. The review I read said that it took 30 seconds to load Netflix. The truth is the first time it did take 30 seconds or so, but after that it loads immediately. But this. It's great.
