I had other Roku's but not the Roku Streaming Stick. I just love it. It was so easy to install and to use. I would recommend it to everyone.

Crashes often

The concept is great and I love that it is a USB stick. Great content, great price, and easy to install/use. However it crashes very very often and makes impossible to use. I cannot navigate through the content without it rebooting, especially when using the arrows keys on the remote.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Little Stick that Could

The Roku stick is great! I already had Rokus on all of my TVs, but I wanted something that would be hidden and not another device to take up space. The only thing missing that I wish it had is a headphone jack in the remote.

I bought the device a few months ago and I simply love it. It's way faster than my blu-ray player. Watching Netflix and hulu plus is nearly flawless. The only issue I have is on Netflix and that it doesn't have a 'play from beginning' button
