It has been about a month since I purchased Roku. I LOVE it!! My main reason for the purchase was to watch Netflix and HBO. I am VERY pleased!!

We bought the roku streaming stick because our cats chewed through the power chord of our old roku box! And the replacement chord we bought, didn't work for some reason. So we bought the stick so the cats couldn't get to the chord, and it was a great purchase! The stick has many more apps, and is much easier to plug in and out if needed. We really enjoy it! (even though we lost the remote, and have yet to get a replacement- we just have no luck, I guess!)

The Roku STICK is incredible! This is my 2nd Roku. I also own a Roku 2. It was great! But the stick is so compact and tiny! The only drawback I noted is that it required it's own power plug. I thought it would be like an actual thumb-drive and use the TV's power. I still love it!

Really like this. Worked great and was easy to set up. Gave three stars because a few months after installing we tried to move to a different tv and the stick fell apart.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
