We thoroughly enjoy our Roku device. My only recommendation would be to redesign the Remote so the OK button is in the middle of the direction arrows like most TV remotes. After making a selection I usually find myself clicking the wrong key instead of the OK button.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's Roku3, but smaller!

Okay, so it isn't the exact same as Roku 3, but I have both and I'm very happy with the Stick (and the 3). I haven't experienced any speed problems and connectivity has been flawless. Love it!

small size; slow response and evil wi-fi AP

We have another Roku XD that we have had good use from, and it still serves us well.
We decided to get anbother one to use in one of the kids' rooms to replace the PS3 as a web TV console.
The little Roku stick seemed like a great choice due to its small size, full features and remote included.
After installing it we found that our TV could not supply sufficient power from the USB port to power the Roku, so we used the wall transformer; no problems.
Then I determined that our newest streaming device had a dark side; it broadcasts wifi as an AP to communicate with its remote, which can create a security exposure to home networks, wireless traffic congestion and issues with other wireless devices (like out U-Verse wireless receiver).
To date; there does not seem to be any way to control the channel assignment, signal strength or disable the wifi on the Roku; an obvious frustration point with many customers.
Too bad; because there is so much good stuff about Roku and their apps that I hate to give it only 2 stars.

Better than Chromecast, except.....

Much more content than Chromecast. Great picture. Would have been 5 stars except every once in awhile I have to reset it by powering down.

Processor too slow

Bought this thinking I would smooth streaming. That was not the case, next time I will spend a little more and upgrade to Roku 3.

If you have poor internet the box is better.

The stick works great, but it does not connect or stream well if the wireless router is more that 2 rooms away. We use it in the living room near the wifi signal and it works fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
