A little slower than Roku 2

I only use this maybe once per week, where as the Roku 2 I use nearly every day, but this Roku seems to take forever to boot up. There have been several times that I just gave up waiting for the home page to appear, and watched normal cable. Frustrating. Once the home page appears, I get good response. The bouncing "Roku" lasts for several minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my streaming stick a month or so ago and am totally happy with my purchase. I didn't want to spring for the extra cable box and incur another monthly fee so the Roku streaming stick fit my needs perfectly. Easy setup, user friendly interface and a handy remote make this a pleasure to own.

Great all around product

I bought it a few months ago and it worked perfect out of the box. I take it on vacations to take advantage of it when I know WiFi and flat screens are in the rooms.

Like a Treasure Hunt!

I bought this as an addition to my other equipment and must admit it took me a couple of weeks to realize the full potential of Roku. Hardly a day goes by that I don't find another gem....additional seasons of some of my favorite older series, sleeper movies, early roles by now famous stars. Literally, like a treasure hunt!
