No fuss, No Muss!

We have been amazed at how well the Roku stick works - even with our relatively slow internet connection! I expected buffering issues, but so far, nothing like that has occurred! Anxious to explore further and discover just what is possible from this device!

Great features and channels

I bought this about a month ago because I wanted to do away with cable because they are constantly going up but not adding anything. Since I have had it, I have really enjoyed it. I have the Roku 3 in my living room and a Roku stick in my bedroom.

Lots of channels, but No Locks

Pros: Lot of channels. Small enough to take anywhere.
Cons: Some channels offer a very limited selection of shows. A friend showed me the trick of tapping into my Roku stick with his smartphone which allowed him to control my channels and to stream channels to his smartphone without my knowledge. Not a good feature. And with no way to add passwords or parental locks, anyone with this know-how can it. I would recommend the Roku to a friend, but only as a secondary source for your TV.
