Not what I expected

When I bought this device, I thought i was getting a device that would compare to the apple TV. I was wrong. The ability to stream from devices id severely lacking. The lag when viewing apps like Netfix is just not acceptable. The one positive about the device is the ability to connect via wifi as opposed to being tethered to a network cable. Buyer beware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

big bang for your buck

I'm going to keep this short and sweet. The roku stuck has essentially identical function as my roku 2 but is obviously more compact. The biggest difference is the stick is a touch slower to start up and navigate, but once going, the performance is comparable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this 2 months ago and it is great I take it any where travels I can use it in every room and easy to use just like 123 and I'm enjoying using it I wish lots of people know about this.

everything is great except netflix, I have a lot of problems trying to get netflix. The screen freezes up. It's frustrating. Make sure you have another way to watch netflix.

On occasion, I might have a bit of a slow reaction time in accessing menus, but the streaming works great, at least compared to the Netflix streaming over my Tivo, which is all I really have to compare it to. And I love that I can move it from TV to TV.

When my friend told me about the Roku stick, I couldn't wait to get one. I takes up no space and I have great variety to choose from. Old movies that I used to hope would come on cable again are now at my fingertips when I want them.
