just totally stopped working after about 2 months

we bought 2. 1 totally stopped working, so we have to move the one back and forth from tv to tv until we can replace this one. very disappointing!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy Installation

Bought this for my teenage daughter. Installation was super easy and works great. Best of all, it will be easy to take with us on vacation this fall.

I wasn't too sure at first but navigating my way thru it has been easy. I wanted access to programs for my 5 YO granddaughters and, by golly, there they were.

Good Value - If You Don't Mind Waiting

I have had this unit for a couple of months now and have developed a few impressions. The stick takes a long time to boot after being selected as the source for television input. The Roku Streaming Stick is connected to my audio receiver to take advantage of the Dolby Digital and surround sound capabilities. Since the connector is at the rear of the receiver there is no direct line-of-sight from the remote to the Stick, resulting the necessity to push the remote button several times before the command is received and initiated by the receiver. Once the service (Netflix, etc) is active the remote commands seem to function properly. Overall, for the price I can live with the shortcomings.

I watched my son-in-law install the stick and it seemed pretty quick. Oh, do I love the extra choices I have with steaming TV!

I hadn't given streaming devices much thought and I was glad I bought one. I will reduce my cable bill by over 75%. Roku Streaming stick delivers better picture and sound, I'm very glad.

I bought it to replace cable and it was wonderful til it stopped working after only using it for 4 days. It will come on the screen but that is it when you push a button it turns off. Hope to get a replacement so I can enjoy it again.
