I bought it almost a month ago and very happy with it I would be more happy if I could pay for channels like the History Channel to watch instead of paying my cable company big money to watch shows like History Channel Travel Channel and things like that only watch Pacific channels but I would recommend this to all my friends and family thank you
Got mine just over a month ago, and from day 1 I had problems with its wonderful feature where it creates an Adhoc wifi network for the remote and intentionally mirrors the frequency your WiFi network runs on completely obliterating the quality of that network.
Introducing that device into my house changed my signal strength form 90%+ to <5%, I contacted support and once they were done trying ot blame my ISP for my WiFi being drowned out by the conflicting signal their device creates, they were very kind enough to tell me there is nothing they can do about it and I need a new router to fix the issue so that I can have dual-band and run the Roku on a different network.
Initially bought a smart TV with Roku. Convinced ourselves to get rid of the cable TV expense and added a Roku stick to our main TV. Still looking for the best channels to add. Get an aggravating purple screen every day requiring a system reboot. Blogs indicate it has been a persistent issue for several years across multiple platforms
