i brought my roku about four months ago and it was money well spent. easy to operate . Comes on every time i switch and stays up no drop time ,no interruptions. Remote is easy , picture comes up fast . Better than paid tv.

This is one of the best devices we have ever bought! It is easy to use - just plug it into the TV and connect to a wall outlet. It also allows you to select the channels that you want, both free and subscription services. We are never going back to cable TV!!

I bought this item about a couple weeks ago; so far when I've used this remote and also having the setup that went to my T.V. which the product goes to the usb port of the T.V. has been working just "Great." So far I've have had no problems with the setup unit that goes to the T.V. that will operate Netflix. To me it's a very good running product to have. I Just Love It....... :)

Great idea, but......

When working properly, its great. I've had to "factory reset" 3 times. Audio lags behind video until reset is done. Passwords all have to be re-entered. This needs to be fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
