Bandwidth useage

I love this product and the app for my phone allowing me to view pictures and video on my telle. One thing everyone should be aware of is not to go over your monthly ISP allowance. I was unaware that I had one. Also check your HDMI port on your telle as mine needed the extention cable and had to wait 2 weeks for its arrival.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Getting a program to load such as Netflix is very aggravating. Not happy with purchase at all.

don't buy the stick

The stick has to be plugged in to power cord at all times - so, where the stick plugs into my tv, the power cord is seen when in use. The power cord connection to the stick is also weak and looses it's connection so we had to tape the cord to the stick. Buy the Roku box - not the stick!

Needs some improvements

I use my roku a lot but about a month after I got it the remote stopped syncing. I have to use my phone app now which is not good when someone else is watching and I am using my phone. Kind of a pain. It does take some time to set up but overall I like it. It is easy to switch TV's and had quality is really good. If you don't have a gaming system that has apps this is a good affordable way to go.

Great addition to home media selection

I now have a roku stick and the roku 3. They both work great. The stick works best for me where I don't want another gadget in my bedroom. The programs are clear and crisp and I get to catch up on missed programs. It's a wonderful thing. The other roku is where the children can watch kids shows to their hearts content. Love it.

So easy to set up, and believe me, I am no electronics guru!! Great movies as well as the "old tv shows" that I so enjoyed. Would highly recommend to anyone who never "find anything to watch"!!!

If they worked, got one of the new roku sticks and it is terrible at best, stays on for 30 mins on a good tday then shuts off and restarts, my wireless router and modem are within a foot of the stick so I know it is not a connection issue. I have even tried unplugging it when the tv is off or not in use so there was no power going to it to cause it to overheat. Yet it still didnt help
