I am new to streaming so I did not know what to expect, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the Roku Streaming stick. Connection is fast, there are no delays, and there are so many channels to watch and many of them are free. I especially like Netflix, ESPN, PBS, SNAG, etc. It is so much better than cable and is commercial free. I love being able to watch what I want to see when I want to see a program, and can pause or rewind, or exit and come back later. I have already recommended your product to friends and relatives.

I've had it a couple of months. Had a little trouble now and then reconecting but well worth the effort. The picture is superb and the content available is comprehensive.

Great content, but a cumbersome interface. This wouldn't matter so much if our web connection's bandwidth wasn't strangled and in the habit of dropping out. It takes FOREVER to restart something we are watching using the keyboard-scan-and-push-a-button software...Why can't Roku remember what we're watching and give us the option of restarting it with one or two button pushes?

90 day Warranty would have been nice. It lost wireless communication about 6 weeks after receipt. It sees and drops local WIFIs randomly, and could not connect with a transmitter 6 feet away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had the roku stick for a few months now and I have to say I have absolutely zero complaints in terms of product functionality. Super easy user interface, easy to figure out, all around great content. The only complaint I have is the physical design. The power adapter plugs straight into the back of the stick making it end heavy and it tends to bend the hdmi port. So you have to shove something under it for support. Other than that great product.
