Nice device

I have used this for about a month now. It was easy to install. I had to use the provided power supply or it would keep rebooting when the TV was turned on. I am satisfied with it.

OK but not as good as regular Roku

While this was cheap and easy to install (I replaced a balky Apple TV), it often hangs up or even fails to respond for minutes at a time, unlike the regular Roku installed on a different TV set. Also the remote has a separate OK button, which is much less convenient than the combined OK on the regular remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very happy with my purchase. It has the same easy setup and content as my Roku 3. Only thing from taking the top spot is slightly less fluid searching and slower speed. Maybe add an sd slot for expandable storage and bump up the processor. Over although , great device.

With Roku, and the available channels, we've been able to TOTALLY GET RID OF that fibre optic TV service, and the crazy bills that come along with it.
I have 2 Roku 3's connected LR and BR television sets, and decided to get the Roku Streaming Stick (HDMI) for our kitchen television. We don't watch TV as much in the kitchen, and don't need all the extra features of the 3. I've had the product for just over a year now, and it's worked so well for us. But just recently, we've been having trouble with it staying connected to our home WiFi network. To be fair, we're not sure yet if it's the device or our router. But sometimes positioning the television differently seems to fix things. Other than that, this is a really great little gadget.
We have a 4th set in our guest room, which rarely gets used. But when we have visitors, I always transfer it to that set for them. I even, just last month, took the stick with me out of the country on vacation and was able to use it in the vacation rental. It doesn't really connect to hotel WiFi, because of the requirement to accept an agreement. But, hotels have cable anyway.
I bought another "cast" stick, which I now don't even need because of Roku. This product if so worth it. Buy it! :-)
